Glowstar Media is excited to announce a licensing and production agreement with Amazon Prime Video for a series of stand-up comedy specials premiering on the platform in 2022.
This initial partnership features exclusive shows from two of Argentina’s most popular comedians: FEDERICO CYRULNIK and DARIO ORSI. Their performances, titled SIGNOS and NO ME QUIERO QUEJAR, respectively, were written and headlined by these talented artists and produced in October.
Produced by GLOWSTAR MEDIA and DIGITAL 1, a company based in Argentina and the U.S., the specials were filmed at iconic venues in Buenos Aires in 4K quality with five cameras and cinematic lenses, adhering to Amazon Prime Video’s high standards.
The first special to debut is SIGNOS by FEDERICO CYRULNIK, set to launch globally on November 25. This 55-minute show, filmed at Buenos Aires’ renowned USINA DEL ARTE, combines Cyrulnik’s witty reflections on zodiac signs with humorous takes on generational differences, coexistence, pet culture, and personal anecdotes.
Glowstar Media executives Silvana D’Angelo and Agustín Fábregues served as Executive Producers, alongside DIGITAL 1’s Hernán Minetti and Leonardo Álvarez as General Producers and Juani Libonatti as Director. A dedicated team of over 50 people brought these productions to life for exclusive enjoyment by Prime Video users worldwide.
